Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 2026

1. Who we are

TURFS Australia ("we", "us", "our") sells artificial turf online for delivery within Australia. ABN pending registration. By placing an order with us you agree to these terms.

2. Prices and GST

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay: the turf itself plus a flat delivery fee shown before payment. Where a product is marked as having provisional pricing, we may update the listed price before you order, but we will never change the price of an order you have already paid for.

3. Ordering

  • Custom cuts are cut to the area you enter. Please measure carefully — we cut to your numbers. Minimum order is 1 m².
  • Full rolls are supplied at the roll width and length shown on the product page.
  • Your order is accepted when payment is confirmed and you receive an order confirmation email.
  • Manufacturing tolerances apply: cut dimensions may vary by a small industry-standard margin (typically up to 1–2%).

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). We never see or store your full card details. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may cancel the related order and will let you know.

5. Delivery

We ship Australia-wide for a flat delivery fee shown at checkout. Orders are shipped direct from our supplier. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees — remote areas can take longer. Please provide a delivery address where the rolls can be safely left or received; turf rolls are heavy and a forklift or two people may be needed to move them.

6. Returns and refunds

Our returns and refunds are governed by the Australian Consumer Law — see our Refunds & Returns policy for the details, including how custom-cut orders are treated.

7. Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (for example, installer fees booked before your turf arrived).

8. Sensible use of the site

Please don't misuse the site — no attempting to interfere with its operation, placing fraudulent orders, or scraping other customers' information. We may cancel orders we reasonably believe are fraudulent.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published at the time you order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the state or territory in which TURFS Australia is registered, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
